Initial Visit : $140
Followup Visit : $78

Payment
We currently accept checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All payments are due at time of service.
Insurance
We currently bill and submit insurance claims for SCAD and Gulfstream insurance.
For all other insurance providers, Vitality Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine will check and verify your insurance benefits for acupuncture.

Discounts
We offer military, police, fire fighter, student, AARP, and senior citizen discounts.
Cancellation Policy
Our office requires a 24 hour cancellation notice. If less than 24 hours is given or if you miss your appointment, you will be charged in full for your appointment time.
