Charlene Dimond is a registered nurse who works with individuals struggling with a chronic condition find solutions for making their life healthier and more enjoyable. She has over twenty years of nursing experience working with patients and their families. Charlene believes there is a path to health and healing that is all too often overlooked in the healthcare arena.
Charlene became passionate about nursing practices that focused on healing the whole person as its goal. This passion turned into a board-certification in holistic nursing. In an effort to bring awareness to holistic healing and caring, Charlene recently founded the Savannah Chapter of the American Holistic Nurse’s Association.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and is currently pursuing a practitioner program through the Institute of Functional Medicine. The philosophies in functional and integrative medicine led Charlene to start her own business called Integra Nutrix in addition to working with Vitality.
In Latin, “Integra Nutrix” means “Healing Nurse”. My passion and my goal is to promote healing and well-being by integrating holistic healing therapies with traditional medical practices; to offer a combination of healthcare, education, inspiration, products, and a supportive environment in personalized ways that will meet the needs of each individual we serve. No more “One Size Fits All.”
